- Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute annual IT strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Operational Excellence:
Manage technology lifecycle, systems governance, and cost controls.
- Project Management:
Lead end-to-end technology programs, from business case development to delivery.
- Team Development:
Mentor and lead internal and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management:
Oversee service providers and technology partners, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, policy, and WHS standards.?
This is: what you’ll need
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise-level technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record in project and portfolio management, including Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and business cases.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and vendor management skills.
- Broad technical knowledge across systems, infrastructure, and IT service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; certifications in ITIL, Agile, or MSP are highly regarded.?
