This is: the job
As the Head of Strategy and Architecture, you will lead the enterprise technology strategy across AMS, ensuring technology decisions align with business objectives and industry best practices. You will have the opportunity to influence senior leaders and shape the long-term direction of technology at AMS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of AMS’s technology strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
- Cultivating a high-performing team of senior solution architects and providing mentorship and guidance
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to assess technology needs, identify opportunities, and drive enterprise-wide architecture solutions
- Ensuring new technology implementations align with the AMS technology roadmap and industry standards
- Monitoring emerging technologies and evaluating their potential relevance to the business
- Managing technology budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and value delivery
This is: you'll have
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and IT leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and technology leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data architecture, and emerging technologies
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT) and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior executives
- A deep understanding of the automotive, mobility, and services sectors
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale technology transformations and digital initiatives
