This is: the job
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to oversee and enhance the cybersecurity framework at AMS. This position will take charge of ensuring that our information assets are safeguarded through effective technology solutions, robust risk management, and continuous business resilience. As the key driver of security strategy, incident response, and compliance efforts, you'll work closely with executive teams and senior stakeholders to align technology practices with AMS’ broader goals. Your leadership will play a crucial role in developing a secure and resilient business environment while fostering a culture of security excellence across AMS.

This is: you'll have
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and their application in large-scale organisations
• Extensive experience in leading enterprise security functions, including the management of security teams and day-to-day operations
• A proven track record in driving strategic initiatives across multiple technology platforms and domains
• Expertise in cloud computing, data architecture, and emerging technologies, with a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives, technical teams, and external vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience identifying and addressing security risks, threats, and gaps
• A passion for building and leading high-performance teams, creating an environment that encourages continuous learning and development
