This is: the job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive the development, management, and optimisation of digital platforms and applications at AMS. This role will ensure our digital products and applications align with AMS’ strategic objectives, delivering seamless user experiences, enhancing customer engagement, and fostering innovation. You will lead a team of experts, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive digital solutions across multiple teams and technology domains to help AMS stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
This is: you'll have
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in digital product strategy, development, and application support
- Strong knowledge of software development, cloud solutions, UX principles, and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technology transformations and digital initiatives
- Expertise in managing vendor relationships and driving vendor performance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives
- A deep understanding of emerging technologies and their relevance to business objectives
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness across digital initiatives
